"I'm incredibly honoured and in fact humbled by this appointment, which I take very seriously. It's definitely a vote of confidence in SekelaXabiso as a growing black-owned business," Dlamini says. "It shows that our expertise is valued in the industry and also adds another feather in the cap of our success story."
Over the next two years, Dlamini will work together with other board members from various professions and contribute toward regulating the industry and attaining greater financial integrity in South Africa.
Dlamini was a founding member of Sekela Consulting, one of the partners in the merger that created SekelaXabiso. Prior to establishing Sekela Consulting he was a partner at both KPMG and Arthur Andersen and served as the chief executive officer at Dlamini Inc.
He is a member the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors (SA).
