Sanyati ex-CEO berates 'corrupt and incompetent' local government

Malcolm Lobban, who stepped down last month as CEO of soon-to-be-liquidated engineering and construction group Sanyati Holdings, lashed out at provincial government, according to Business Live

"Allegations that [Sanyati Holdings] work was shoddy are completely unfounded," he told Business Live.

The listed company, employing about 2500 permanent and temporary staff, has been forced out of business rescue over the non-payment of contracts by departments in all three provinces, Business Live reports.
