Guests sauntered down the Sarita Gold Carpet upon arrival and posed for the flashing paparazzi. After their glamorous entrance, the guests were greeted with champagne flutes of Sarita premium apple ale and made their way to the pool deck to mingle with celeb guests, including Bad Boy T, Koyo, Bianca Le Grange, Channel O's Nonhle Tema and make-up artists Vuyo and Vuyo.
Guests got wardrobe ideas for the forthcoming season from a runway show by top South African designers, including Thula Sindi of SA Fashion Week, Machere, RJKay Creations and Spiro Villioti. After the show, guests voted for their favourite designer of the night who received a Sarita Glamour Society Award. The award was won by Thula Sindi for his innovative and glamorous collection.
While many showed off their dance moves to the tunes of the Metro FM Saturday crew, others tested their skills at spotting real diamonds. A glass case glittered with diamonds - but only one was real. After enjoying an ice-cold Sarita, guests selected the diamond they thought was authentic.
The rest of the night was filled with top-brand giveaways, some stylish moves and poolside Sarita sipping.
