Mark Sampson Feels Funny at Theatre on the Bay...
His humour remains as fresh and entertaining as ever. And if it's not just the laughter you're after, then you will pleased to know that spanking, kissing and touching are just some of the shows other highlights. But hey, you roll the dice and see where it lands!
Definitely a favourite for me this time around, was the lovely German audience member who got up on stage and did a sexy dance with Mark. Him being the strippers pole of course! But don't be mislead. This is a PG rated show. I promise.
Some words of caution to the wise: When attending a comedy show, try not to arrive late, dress weird or sit in the front row! Although no one is really ever safe, so just sit back and enjoy the show.
This is stand-up like you've never seen before. Mark adds a truly human element to the business by unashamedly using his own life experiences as the basis for his act. In short, Mark's show isn't a statement, but rather an open invitation to feel funny, if you're ever going to feel anything at all in life. The show ends of rather 'Touchy Feely'. But I'll leave this bit for you to discover.
Mark Sampson Feels Funny runs at the Theatre on the Bay in Camps Bay till the 19 September from Tuesdays to Fridays at 8pm and on Saturdays at 5pm and 8pm. Tickets cost R100 via the theatre on 021 438 3300 or Computicket with special offers for Seniors and group bookings.
