Tevez to Leave United

Arsenal came into the match with the purpose of being fourth on the log and regaining their dignity, but to no avail. Even Liverpool fans watching the match seemed to be hoping for a victory by Arsenal. However once the final whistle was blown by match referee Mike Dean all chances of a last minute victory for Liverpool was dashed.
Now it's just the UEFA Cup which I believe is more of a mountain to climb seeing as they face the Barcelona in the final. With Henry and Eto heading up the front line attack and Messi, Xavi and Iniesta in the midfield; its not going to be a walk in the park for Ferguson's defence. As well as the future of Carlos Tevez disturbing Saturday's victory, when he was substituted causing the United fans to jeer the decision made by Ferguson.
Tevez is now free and hopefully, just hopefully Rafa Benitez can put in a bid for the Argentinian striker. He would definitely get more starts at Anfield. With the pairing of Torres and Tevez Liverpool will be an even greater force to be reckoned with.
In the media it said Rafa Benitez did not want to send out congratulations to his opposite number.
"I will say congratulations to Manchester United. I prefer to say that to them," said the Spaniard.
"They have had better quality on the bench. When they played us they had Scholes, Giggs and Berbatov on the bench. I am really pleased that we have got 83 points with the squad we have. When you are prepared to pay 20million pounds or 30million pounds for players it is easier to win the title," he added.
It's not that he's a bad loser he just pointed out the facts.
