Rise & Shine will plant a tree for every 50 people who attend the festival. Festival-goers will also have the option of paying an additional R100 to "Green" their ticket and a tree will be planted on their behalf and the co-ordinates sent to them.
Rise & Shine opens its doors at 8am, in time for organic muffins, Ethiopean coffee, coconuts, and freshly squeezed orange juice before the 9am yoga session commences. A relaxed stretch on the lawn for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Sandton Central Park is within walking (or tuk-tuk) distance from the Gautrain and Sandton City. Parking at Sandton City is R10 for the day. The Gautrain runs from 5.30am until 8.30pm.
