Open showroom website connects fashion designers, retailers
Serving as a powerful forum for attendees and exhibitors, The Show has become synonymous with connecting South African fashion suppliers with leading retailers. Expanding on this, a portal to each exhibitor's own online showroom means their websites will make sourcing South African brands more accessible all year around.
The Open Showroom feature is new this season to The Show website, www.thedesignerboutiqueshow.com. The Show creates a webpage for each exhibitor and will now include a link to the exhibitors own website at the bottom of their Designer Page thus creating a showroom that is open every day.
Increasing exposure
With the Open Showroom feature, The Show website can be used as a sourcing tool. It increases exposure for South African fashion labels, enabling buyers to become more familiar with exhibitors before coming to The Show, and provides easy access for buyers wanting to source from a selection of South African designers and brands.
The Designer Boutique Show is preparing its Spring & Summer 2012 event for 8 and 9 May at the Roodebloem Studios in Woodstock, Cape Town.
