Ford SA awards Safmarine for service excellence

Safmarine's on-site customer services agent, Ammie Holmes, received the 2011 Ford Ambassador Award for his dedicated service to Ford, while Safmarine also took two other awards, which included a gold certificate of recognition in the Excellence in Service Provision category, and the silver trophy in the same category for overall second place. Safmarine's Ford global key account owner, Dave Everett said that this prestigious recognition from Ford was made possible by the dedicated Pretoria branch office and Pretoria operations team for Ford.

Safmarine is FMCSA's primary ocean carrier for automotive components imported from Asia, Europe, the USA and South America.
