Fairvest buys half of Sebokeng Plaza

Property company Fairvest is buying 50% of the Sebokeng Plaza for R34m‚ it said on Wednesday (6 March).

The purchase is consistent with its growth strategy and focus on buying retail assets with a weighting in favour of non-metropolitan areas and lower LSM sectors‚ the company said.

Shoprite leases a portion of the Sebokeng Plaza property. All prior expansion agreements will be honoured.
