"RU believes in keeping the Mandela legacy alive. It was Nelson Mandela's humble humanitarian spirit that inspired us all to spark world change, regardless how small the contribution may be. It is our objective to continue his philosophy to use what we have learnt through our brand to uplift communities and entrepreneurs," Erin-Lee Petersen founder of RU explains.
The husband and wife duo have joined forces with Khayelithsa Cookies Company, who have sponsored 100 hand-baked single wrapped hospitality cookies for participants on the day. "We are very grateful for the generosity of Khayelitsha Cookies general manager, Adri Williams, and her team for taking part and assisting in making this day a fun-filled experience," concludes Erin-Lee.
