iFix launches new stores, services
On 1 July 2013, iFix will open its fifth and sixth store in Canal Walk, Cape Town and Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch. The one-stop Apple and Samsung repair stores will trade seven days a week, offering fast turnaround time for all repairs.
With qualified Apple and Samsung repair specialists on retainer, the company guarantees repairs in less than 30 minutes. Alternatively, if clients choose the standard service, they are notified via SMS as soon as their product is ready for collection. The stores have a live tracking service where clients can track completion of repairs online.
The chain opened in Stellenbosch in 2006 and has 70,000 customers.
"After numerous requests for Samsung products and repairs, I wanted to ensure the gap in the market was seen to," commented Alex Fourie, the founder of iFix. "The existing four stores have shown remarkable growth and success and we are only too pleased to extend our services to Canal Walk and Stellenbosch."
