Sizzling new Simmer Sauces
The Denny Convenience Foods sector has been investing much into product development and expanding their product range to offer convenience food ranges - with the result being Denny Simmer Sauces.

The range of Simmer Sauces includes five variants:
- Fruity Creole - a sweet blend of tropical pineapple and ripe apricot complemented with a twist of lemon.
- African Fusion - an African style sauce with apricots, chickpeas and lentils, seasoned with a fusion of spices.
- Indian Korma - a mild, creamy, flavourful korma made with coconut and ginger.
- Thai Green Curry - fragrantly spiced with mild Chilli, flavoured with lemon grass and lime and softened with velvety coconut milk.
- Spicy Mexican Salsa is a blend of sun-ripened tomatoes, onions and red and green peppers seasoned with authentic spices.
The range is said to be a healthy alternative to fast and ready-made foods, rounding off a variety of dishes in only three minutes. The sauces contain no added MSG and no preservatives, artificial colourants or flavourants.
Denny Simmer Sauces are available in a 350g easy-open pouch. The packaging was designed by Impact Design and contains on-pack recipes and serving suggestions. The case configuration is 12 units per case and will retail at all leading supermarkets for approximately R14.99 each.
