Twelve Apostles opens new conference venues

CAPE TOWN: Award winning Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa has expanded the conference and banqueting facilities to include two new breathtaking venues due to the increasing demand for conferences and banquets. Both new conference rooms are enclosed with glass and are filled with natural light, while providing unique and awe-inspiring views of both The Twelve Apostles Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.

The new Lion’s Head Room is modern, yet intimate, and is the perfect place to hold special and memorable functions, as it creates an informal friendly atmosphere, for private events such as incentive meetings, conferences, informal banquets and cocktail functions for up to 50 persons. State of the art equipment includes a high-resolution data projector, AV system, surround-sound and lighting that will complement presentation requirements. Numerous glass doors fold back giving the impression of an outdoor venue.

The new Conservatory is the ideal venue for special occasions such as private dining, conference breaks, and any exclusive personal occasions for up to 20 persons. This lounge also has extraordinary sea and mountain views. The decoration is rich and elegant, adorned with the finest of fabrics and furnishings, and is highly suitable for a day or evening event.

In addition, the original Milkwood conference rooms which provide for larger functions of up to 90 persons and the popular Llandudno Room which is ideal for smaller boardroom meetings with a capacity of eight persons; have both received a complete refurbishment with new tables and chairs and state of the art equipment.
