The five-week programme kicks off on Friday, 20 June 2008 with a newsletter and a video introduction by clinical psychologist Neil Tuck, along with a personal emotional fitness assessment.
Thereafter, challengers will receive four weekly newsletters with video clips, tips, strategies and advice to help you understand your personality, equip you to better manage stress and develop positive relationships, along with getting support and encouragement from other challengers on the chat forum.
Says editor, Toni Younghusband: “The key to managing stress lies in identifying your stressor and knowing what action to take to get it back under control but you can only do this if you are emotionally fit. The Shape Emotional Fitness Challenge will help you build your emotional fitness to a level where you're once again able to handle whatever life throws at you, positively and effectively.”
On-site registeration on site is open from 12 May - 19 June 2008.
