      Digital Account Manager

      Objective of the role:

      The digital account manager in client service is responsible for managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns for clients. The primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction and drive digital marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.

      Minimum qualification:
      • National diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
      Required experience and knowledge:
      • Minimum three years of experience in account management, client service, or related roles.
      • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly targets in digital advertising.
      • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms.
      • Familiarity with data analytics and campaign performance metrics.  
      • Must have a fully functional vehicle
      Required competencies:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on digital communication channels.
      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performance data.
      • Client-focused approach with a keen understanding of client needs in the digital space.
      • Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with a creative team.
      • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to present concepts to clients.   
      Key accountabilities:
      • Build and maintain strong client relationships in the digital realm.
      • Understand client objectives and tailor digital campaigns accordingly.
      • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of digital campaigns.
      • Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
      • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.
      • Generate and present regular reports on digital account status.
      • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services to clients.
