• Bachelors degree required, further study advantageous
• Proven management, leadership or business lead experience
• 10 years in senior managerial position
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision and mission
• Strong grasp of operating financial prudence and decision making
• Strong understanding of performance management principles
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finances, HR
• In-depth knowledge of company governance and general management best practices
