Position: Sales administrator
Location: Cape Town
About the role: Seeking an internal sales admin + coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Receiving (capturing stock)
Creating sales orders and invoicing
Raising purchase orders for suppliers
Managing back orders and equipment repairs
Generating quotes and arranging order thereafter
Work alongside warehouse in managing stock and order distribution.
Remuneration: R10,000 – R12,000
Minimum requirements:
Experience in using CRM software or similar I.e. Pastel etc.
Minimum two years' previous experience in sales administration
Skills:
Computer literacy, competent in Excel
English proficiency – very good communication.
