Retail

Retailiation

As the Consumer Protection Act gains traction and consumers dig in their heels regarding defective purchases, an entirely new market is emerging. Paul Greenberg, chairman of Going.co.za, discusses the rise of the returned goods market, and what options are available for retailers needing to move their "unwanted" inventory.

While June retail sales came in lower than expected last week, this pattern of slow spending doesn't seem to have had any effect on the online shopping market.

Have a fabulous week!
