Kwesta video launch
Kwesta hosted a spontaneous Drop Party to premier four new music videos of which he featured in two. The night also revealed Kwesta as the first of five bold, brave and authentic artists, hand-picked to join the Red Heart Rum Crew, all of whom will be announced on February 20th.

Clover Mama Afrika continues to improve communities
The annual Smarties Week, an initiative of Clover Mama Afrika, recently took place at the Ocean Breeze Hotel in Strand, Cape Town. The Zando10s, South Africa's biggest social sport and lifestyle event took place on 3 and 4 February at Hamilton Rugby Club. The 9th consecutive event saw over 300 teams participating in four different sporting codes including rugby, netball, beach volleyball and dodgeball.

National Geographic produces new Fossey series
National Geographic has partnered with Academy award-winning executive producer, James Marsh and Tigress Productions on a three-part special based on unseen footage of the gorilla researcher, Dian Fossey. Dian Fossey: Gorillas in the Mist will be narrated by Sigourney Weaver who played Fossey in the 1988 film, Gorillas in the Mist.

The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show has relaunched its food offering under the guidance of celebrity chef, Arnold Tanzer. GrandWest gets learners ready for school
As part of its CSI, the GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World embarked on a school stationery project for disadvantaged learners at the Easter Peak Primary School in Manenberg. Learners were presented with their new stationery as the new academic year began arming the Easter Peak learners with their required tools to take on some learning.

Vodacom gives learners the gift of vision
Vodacom has pledged its support to the Gift of Vision programme along with the Western Cape health department and the Health Foundation. As part of the programme, underprivileged learners (between grades R and 7) in Paarl are able to have their eyes tested and receive a free pair of prescription glasses as the network purchased 369 pairs of glasses worth R80,000.
