United Front 4 Animals (UFA), OWL, South African Faith Communities' Environment Institute (SAFCEI) and Animal Voice, the official South African representative of Compassion in World Farming, added their voices to the campaign. The Mcdonalds franchises based in the US and Canada have already begun to phase out battery-cage use in their supply chain enterprises which have been beneficial to the hens that produce eggs for their consumers. Mcdonalds SA is yet to adopt this policy....
