Loeries weekend kicks off with bang
Deemed the Oscars of the brand communications world, there's little indeed to rival the glamour and extravagance of the awards which year on year proves nothing beats an unconventional approach to the industry's most creative honorary platform that honours those who have proven to be head and shoulders above the rest.
Spotted on the Loeries red carpet were some of South Africa's leading TV personalities, including the likes of Isibaya's Nomzamo Mbatha, Ayeye's Thaphelo Mokwena, Uzalo's Kay Sibiya and Sihle Ndaba to name just a few, who came out in droves to witness for themselves what makes this industry different from any other.
The crescendo of the awards will be ignited tonight as some of the industries biggest players will be honoured and celebrated amongst their peers for the exceptional showcase of work that has demonstrated innovation and delivery of great insights to the consumer throughout the year of 2015.
