Dlamini joins top law firm

Law firm Webber Wentzel has appointed Nana Dlamini as partner in its banking and finance practice. Dlamini joins from Absa Capital's investment banking division, where she advised on primary debt financial products.

Before that Dlamini worked for the capital markets team at UK law firm Simmons & Simmons in London. She has also worked at KPMG as a tax consultant and holds a master's of law (tax) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She was admitted as an attorney to the high court in 2003.
