LegalWise launches new prototype branch
"The new prototype branch represents a significant milestone for LegalWise considering our promise to deliver professional legal counselling and legal representation to our members," says Jan Luwes, CEO at LegalWise. "At the core of our business is our members; therefore it passes the need to provide an improved member experience and access to the law. The new branch demonstrates our commitment to provide appropriate legal services, as well as encourage strong relationships with our members."
Situated in the central business district, it is a tangible expression of LegalWise's commitment to the city and the region, providing access to justice for the community. "We strongly believe in the growth potential of the Eastern Cape and launching our first Branch of the Future in East London, is part of our continued investment in the city," Luwes says. LegalWise has been operating in East London since 1999, which clearly demonstrates a long-term commitment to the city and the effort to increase accessibility to the law in the Eastern Cape region.
Innovative design
The branch is characterised by innovative design elements and contemporary environments that are professional yet approachable. The branch exterior has window decals providing quick definitions of certain legal terms. To create an inviting atmosphere, warm tones were chosen, with contrasting red accents to symbolise the LegalWise brand. The subtle light wood details, with rounded features in office and meeting rooms invite a trusting setting for legal counsellors to assist members.
Luwes says the renewed focus on service was to create an experience that is more efficient, innovative and appealing to their members. The Branch of the Future is designed to create an environment where members feel confident in the legal counsel they receive, providing them access to quick service functionalities whilst being empowered on legal matters. "We believe we have succeeded in creating a professional, yet approachable environment that will improve the overall member experience. It is a reflection of our continuous commitment to our members, stakeholders and our brand," concludes Luwes.
