Shell warns of threat to SA risk profile
According to Business Live, Shell has warned that ongoing talk of nationalisation of various industries might raise South Africa's risk profile and force the company to re-evaluate its US$200 million investment in shale gas exploration in the Karoo.
Jan Willem Eggink, Shell's general manager says that at no stage in the discussions with the South African government was the issue of nationalisation discussed.
