Dung was leaving South Africa when his bags were searched by the Hawks, Airports Company SA officials and the SA Revenue Service (Sars).
"The man has travelled to South Africa before and he was being closely monitored when he was arrested," Sars spokesman Adrian Lackay said, adding that Dung faced various charges, including contravening the Customs and Excise Act.

The healers spoke out during an anti-poaching meeting held at the KaMhlushwa community hall, near Malalane (Mpumalanga).
