The grade 10-12 learners from Mangaung high schools entered the competition, where they had to choose any career option within the hospitality industry and design a visual A2 size poster. Approximately 32 posters were received from five different high schools - Hendrik Potgieter, Jim Fouché, Louis Botha, Dr Viljoen, and Fichardtpark.

Prizes were sponsored by Protea Hotel Willowlake, Tsogo Sun, CUT Hotel School and Bon Hotel, with the first prize being R10,000 for the winning school. Posters were loaded onto CUT Hotel School’s Facebook page where fellow learners could vote for their favourite poster.
