Discovery launches two new DStv channels
Discovery Networks is to launch two new channels on DStv as part of its increased investment in Africa. The channels are TLC, a female channel that will be broadcast on channel 186 and ID: Investigation Discovery, that broadcasts crime-related material and runs on channel 252.
Business Live says that Discovery Networks Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region encompasses 105 countries on three continents. It is part of the American media giant, Discovery Communications, which is investing US$1-billion in content creation this year.
