Back2Kool dance party to hit Joburg and Cape Town

The end-of-the-year Back2Kool dance party will feature Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer and Snap!'s Turbo B, and all the ultimate dance hits from the 90s. The first gig will be tomorrow, 15 December at Carnival City's Big Top Arena, Joburg. The party will move to Cape Town on 17 December, 2010.

Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer and Snap!'s Turbo B, with their entourage of dancers, will be on stage as three back-to-back dance sets with a guest DJ in-between. Four hours of old-school tunes, three of the biggest artists from the 90s, two days to go - all on one stage.

Vanilla Ice has sold over 48 million records and has super hits Ice Ice Baby, The Ninja Rap and Stop That Train. He was one of the earliest white rappers to attain major success. He's releasing a new album "WTF" meaning Wisdom, Tenacity, Focus, or What The Fun.

MC Hammer shaped a generation with his unforgettable dance moves, "Hammer Pants" glasses and a haircut that became pop culture staple. He has multitude awards, including three Grammy Awards, seven American Music Awards, The People's Choice Award, Image Award and the BillBoard "Diamond Award".

Rapper Turbo B has toured the globe performing in front of millions of dancing revellers. Turbo B and Thea Austin will be performing the hits that defined the dance floors of the 90s.
