Hot June line-up at Gold Reef City Theme Park

Gold Reef City Theme Park has a hot line-up of music for June at its Town Square. Live acts will be playing every weekend in June, 2010,ending with White Rabbit and Tokyo Groove at the end of the month.

On Youth Day, 16 June, George The Beatboxer, accompanied by break dancers, will be awing crowds with his amazing skill. Visitors to the park might remember George from his successful appearances that were met with rave reviews on MNET's Idols and SABC 2's SA's Got Talent (in which he was runner-up).

CHB (Christian Heath Band) takes to the stage on 19 June and Derek Sassen will play an eclectic set on 20 June. It's the turn of White Rabbit on 26 June. Back on the Town Square stage, Tokyo Groove will round off the month of music on 27 June. They will play a selection of classic South African and international sports and victory songs in celebration of the World Cup.

Performances take place at 1pm and 2.30pm. Admission to performances at The Town Square is included in the entrance fee, which includes all rides and shows but excludes "Jozi's Story of Gold". The theme park is open from Wednesdays to Sundays and from Monday through to Sunday for the duration of the June/July school holidays.
