Tevez to Leave United

Manchester United forward has reaffirmed his wish to leave the team for greener pastures. He plans to leave at the end of this season even though he scored the equalizer to help United clench 2-1 win over Wigan last night.
Tevez to Leave United

Although Sir Alex Ferguson wishes for Tevez to stay, Trevez has become increasingly frustrated with the lack of starts Ferguson has givin him over the past few months.

Tevez quoted: "I have given everything I possibly can to the shirt of Manchester (United) and I'm grateful to the fans. But I'm leaving and I do so with my head held high."

Tevez's contract states that he is on loan to Manchester United from West Ham, and at the end of his term becomes a free agent to move to which ever club he chooses. Tevez is continuesly dropped by Ferguson even though he performs brilliantly with little time to spair at each match. So it seems obvious why he wants to leave.

He added: "This season I scored four goals against Blackburn in the Carling Cup and then got dropped, I came on and scored against Porto in the quarter-final (of the Champions League) and then got dropped for the away leg.”

"I scored two against Fulham and got dropped. Whether I come on the pitch and play well or whether I come on and play OK, I know I am going to get dropped.”

"That creates a bad feeling for me."

Manchester United rivals will be keeping an eye on this situation and how it plays out. You never know Liverpool might have an Argentian striker to partner Torres come the end of the season.
