Top Ibiza DJ stars at Women's Day parties
In celebration of Women's Day, the That's What She Said series of parties, featuring international DJ Sarah Main from the Pacha, Ibiza, accompanied by many of SA's top female talents, will be held in Cape Town, Durban and Joburg between 9 and 11 August, 2012.
Sarah Main provides a true mix of European beauty, brains and musical talent. She is currently the superstar resident of one of the world's best clubs, Pacha in Ibiza. In the 2011 season, David and Cathy Guetta took Main under their wing when recognising the subtle blend of style and credibility she brings to an occasion.
Whether it's a small intimate venue, a major clubbing institution or a festival-styled circuit, Main thrives on her interaction with the crowd. Nominated twice at the Ibiza DJ awards, in 2006 Sarah won the title, "Best Ibiza DJ".
Tudortech is running exciting competitions. Some partygoers will take home Olympus Tough cameras, perfect for both the party animal and outdoor enthusiast. Also topping the list are SanDisk Mp3 and USB products; and Belkin Mobile Accessories for Apple and Samsung.
The mirage of Ibiza
That's What She Said kicks off in Cape Town at The Grand on 9 August. This day-event promises to be the mirage of Ibiza. Think whirlwind cocktails in the guests' hands, white sand under their feet and sensational music in their ears. Partygoers can expect to see female DJs: Nicole Weitz, Shylo, Lady M, Vanessa Holliday, Kirsty Hugo and Sarah Main being the highlight of the day.
On Friday, 10 August the celebration moves on to Origin in Durban where Funky B will kick-start the party, followed by a symphony of sonic beauties in the Engine Room. That's What She Said wraps up at Nicci Beach in Johannesburg on 11 August with Tashy, Lady Lea, Thalia, Vanessa Holliday and Emma X. Stretched tents and the latest in lighting and sound technology will renovate the venue into an intimate but explosive party.
Goodies such as make-up, magazines, spa treatments, vouchers and more will be distributed to the ladies throughout the night.
