In Flames to play RAMfest 2012
In Flames, the Scandinavian death metal band, will be performing at Ramfest in Joburg on Saturday, 10 March at Riversands Farm, Fourways and at Cape Town Ostrich Ranch, N7, Cape Town on Sunday, 11 March, 2012.
In Flames was formed by Jesper Strömblad in 1990. The band then consisted of Strömblad, Johan Larsson and Glenn Ljungström. A demo was recorded and soon after the band got a record deal and released "Lunar Strain", which soon became a classic in the fast-growing Scandinavian death metal scene.
Changes in line-up heralded a host more hit albums and international tours, culminating in the release of "Disconnected" in May, 2009.
In Flames are currently recording a new album, which is planned for release sometime in the first half of 2011.
