Will Smith plays his role excellently as usual and proves to audiences and critics alike that his talent is beyond the restrictions of a box. He can be arrogant superhero, Hancock; loving, hardworking father - Pursuit of Happiness; as well as guilt-stricken astronaut in Seven Pounds. I couldn't imagine Will Smith though playing a sinister bad guy - perhaps it's because he's so goodlooking…But enough drooling…

Seven Pounds is a drama that all can enjoy and will pull on your heart strings perhaps even succeed in jerking a tear or two. And if you're thinking of getting a Great Dane, this species only has an average life span of seven years due to a heart condition. A good movie always teaches you something new and Seven Pounds is exactly that.
