Time Loving You is a union of soul, gospel and folk taken off Laurie Levine's fourth studio album, "Border Crossing". The single highlights Levine's musical journey from her folk roots to her new found rock 'n soul sound.
The video is an up-close-and-personal filming of Levine and her band recording the song at Stoep Studio and captures both the intimacy of the performance as well as the heartfelt beauty of the song. Viewers get a peek behind the scenes of the musicians recording the song and the video captures the joyful spirit of the recording process.
Said Levine: "Time Loving You is the last track off the album - it is an apocalyptic love song and celebrates the endurance of true love. It ends with a gospel choir and a horn section. And I hope that it makes people shimmy, clap, stomp their feet and sing along."
The video was filmed and edited by Barry Berk, writer and director of the film Sleeper's Wake.
