Enablis finalists ready for announcement

Entries were categorised into eleven sectors: food and beverages, services, green business, arts and crafts, health and vitality, ICT, fashion and beauty, hospitality and tourism, agri-business, innovation and start-ups.

Criteria the judges were looking for included a sound concept, a feasible operating model, an understanding both of the market and of the marketing that would be required, as well as viable financial forecasts and the potential for job creation.

The winners will get access to funding via Enablis Financial Corporation, the Enablis fund management company and will receive guidance to help them apply their business plans effectively. They will also win a range of services and products from the participating sponsors, who include FNB, Microsoft, Trinitas Consulting, Dial-a-Nerd, Business Report, CyberCharge, Smartedge, Rectron, Entrepreneur.co.za and Graduate School of Business - University of KZN.
