Biz gets a makeover!

"A picture is worth a thousand words", or so they say, and we tend to agree. Last Wednesday saw the launch of Bizcommunity.com's redesigned site and newsletters, showcasing a slicker interface, as well as much bigger and engaging images. With that said, it seems fitting that this newsletter features no less than five galleries. Three of those are by our fearless photographer Johnny Lai Sang who braves multi-hued dust storms at both the Holi Festival of Colours and the Colour Run, as well as die-hard Riri fans at the Cape Town Rihanna concert, in search of that perfect shot.

In other news, we introduce you to our new travel contributor A. Field, an elusive character who is on a search for greener pastures through luxury travel destinations. His first stop is timeless Tuscany.

In music news, more international headliners are announced to head to our shores; The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Foreign Beggars, and Everything Everything will be debuting at SynergyLive in both Cape Town and Joburg. Scottish golden oldie band Simple Minds have been announced to tour SA in early November, and Dutch DJ R3hab is booked to perform at the 4U Rage Festival in Balito.

New competitions this week see you stand the chance to win two tickets to Red Huxley's documentary launch at the Waiting Room in Cape Town or two tickets to Halloween 2013 at Arcade Empire in Pretoria!
