So long and thanks for all the fish... er, support! It seems as though this year has rushed by us faster than Santa's sleigh making its annual deliveries. While some will lament the good memories and others will look forward to putting another tough year behind them, I hope we've all grown and learned a little more these past 12 months. As today sees our last newsletters for the year, we'd like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you - our 42484 subscribers - for all your continued support. We wouldn't be here without you. May you have a wonderful year-end (provided the doomsdayers don't get their way and it all ends on Friday). If you're whisking the family off for a much needed break somewhere exotic, or just laying low at home, may you have a safe and peaceful time. Our first 2013 edition will hit your inbox on 8 January. But if you miss us in the interim and still want your Biz fix, our website will be updated daily. Till next year...! With all our love, the Bizcommunity team Shan Radcliffe, Group Head - Retail
