This particular position requires providing comprehensive administration and record keeping in issues related to Learnership registration and stakeholder relations and services.
Key Performance Indicators include:
-Contract management
-Evaluating and approving applications for Learnership programmes from levy paying CATHSSETA stakeholders
-Accurately validating Learnership registration documents
-Registering Learnership registration documents onto the SETA Management System
-Liaising with various Cathsseta stakeholders and Learners and keeping them updated with new developments
-Providing weekly/monthly reports to the unit Coordinator and the departmental Manager
-Preparing Learner evidence for audits by the Auditor General-SA, and for the Department of Higher Education & Training
-Compiling and submitting documents required by the Finance Unit for grant payments
-Arranging Monitoring & Evaluations as well as Workplace Validation visits at training facilities on behalf of the Coordinator
