Freightmax wins 2016 Responsible Care® Haulier Award at 78th CAIA AGM
At its 78th annual general meeting held in Johannesburg, the Chemical and Allied Industries Association (CAIA) presented Freightmax, the group company of Imperial Logistics, with the Responsible Care® Haulier Award.
The award acknowledges those companies in the chemical sector that made significant strides in health and safety, resource efficiency, pollution prevention and product stewardship. This year 68 transporters, that are all CAIA members, SQAS (South African Safety Quality Assessment System) accredited and Responsible Care® signatories, were submitted for consideration for the award.
