Theewaterskloof Mayor Christel Vosloo hands out title deeds in Grabouw
The Mayor of Theewaterskloof, Christel Vosloo, recently handed over title deeds to members of the apple and pear-farming communities in Grabouw.
The title deeds were transferred with the help of Khaya Lam, a project of the Free Market Foundation (FMF), donations by Two-a-Day, a major employer in the area and parent company of Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing, together with the Elgin Foundation.
