    Growing roster of MIPCube speakers

    CANNES, FRANCE: MIPCube, the two-day high-level networking and live learning experience for the business and creative architects driving the future of TV, has announced an exceptional and growing line-up of speakers and participants. MIPCube will take place in Cannes on 30-31 March, just ahead of the 2012 edition of MIPTV (1-4 April).

    Following CEO of IfWeRanTheWorld.com Cindy Gallop's Visionary Talk ("Smashing Through The Screen: How To Rewire Television For The New World Order,") Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Machinima Allen DeBevoise will address the MIPCube audience ("Hollywood's Biggest New Media Company Is Completely Virtual") and will be interviewed by Robert Tercek, founder of General Creativity and former senior VP of Digital Media at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Machinima's global content network reaches over 116 million gamers monthly and delivers over one billion video views a month.

    MIPCube's TV Hack Day will gather 15 developers and creative talent to produce innovative new TV apps live in a one-of-a-kind, 48-hour creative marathon.

    The MIPCube Supersession, held on the first day of MIPTV, will feature the winners of the TV Hack Day, MIPCube Lab and Content 360 competitions. The MIPCube pass includes access to the first day of MIPTV, the world's largest gathering for TV and media with over 11 500 participants and 4000 buyers from more than 100 countries.

    Connected Devices and Connected Audiences will be the big focuses for the first day of MIPTV, kicking off with a market overview by Ben Keen, chief analyst, ISH Screen Digest.
