    Servest expands African footprint into Uganda

    Local facilities management company Servest has expanded its footprint into Uganda. The company currently has a presence across 10 African countries.

    Bradley Hall, MD of Servest Uganda says, “We are excited to expand into Uganda, as the commencement of operations in Uganda marks the next chapter in our story of being part of the growth and revival of the African continent.

    “Africa presents us with immense opportunities for collaborative partnerships that will bode well for the people and economies of the continent. Furthermore, the African Continental Free Trade Area provides us with immense opportunities to deepen intra-African trade and investment."

    Uganda’s prospects for economic growth are positive, as outlined by the Central Bank of Uganda. In a monthly monetary policy statement, the central bank said that between the months of October 2021 and January 2022, economic indicators showed that the economy was on a recovery trend after the challenge of the Covid-19 pandemic.
