New evidence leader in the Koko hearing

This after Sebetja Matsaung’s services as evidence leader were terminated on Saturday following an altercation with the Financial Mail’s deputy editor, Sikonathi Mantshantsha.

The disciplinary hearing will resume on 23 November 2017. This is not only to allow Moosa enough time to familiarise himself with the case, but also due to the availability of witnesses as well as to synchronise the diaries between the hearing’s chairperson and Koko’s advocate.
