Business Connexion buys Integr8 for R126m

In terms of the deal, BCX will buy the company and Rola Rola Holdings‚ Ideal Trading 620‚ TS Family Holdings and Eritron‚ among others‚ allowing it to hold 100% of the shares in Integr8 IT.

BCX intends to cede and assign all of its rights and obligations as purchaser to UCS Solutions in which it has a 70% stake.

Integr8 IT is one of the largest privately owned managed services companies. It was established in 2001 and is a leader of annuity-based infrastructure management and managed services for mid-market corporates in South Africa.

The company owns and operates the Nerve Centre‚ a digital hub of people‚ technology and processes that regulates‚ monitors and maintains the technology infrastructure for various other companies.
