LIA shortlists for Ambient, Design, Medical
Ambient, Print, Poster, Billboard and Verbal Identity jury
Presiding over this year’s Ambient, Print, Poster, Billboard and Verbal Identity jury was Jeremy Craigen, global chief creative officer of Innocean Worldwide. Joining him for three days of intensive judging; Nils Andersson, Shanghai; Cindy Yan Chan, Focus Media Group Shanghai; Joaquín Espagnol, Cheil Madrid; Karen Howe, The Township Group Toronto; Dave Loew, Ogilvy Chicago; Helen Pak, Grey Advertising ULC Toronto; Ali Rez, BBDO Dubai; Jason Romeyko, Serviceplan International Munich; Darren Spiller, Sydney; Sompat Trisadikun, The Leo Burnett Group Bangkok and Gerrit Zinke, thjnk Hamburg.
The final shortlist tallies by medium – Ambient 14, Print 38, Poster 16, Billboard 11 and Verbal Identity 2.
The Design and Package Design jury
The Design and Package Design jury was led by Isabelle Dahlborg Lidström, Head of Experience and Creative Director at GROW, Sweden, has completed judging. The jury panel, which consisted of Claude Auchu, lg2, Montreal; Daniela Garza, Anagrama Mexico City; Pum Lefebure, Design Army Washington D.C.; Tony Liu, M&C Saatchi aeiou Shanghai; Bobby C. Martin Jr., OCD | The Original Champions of Design New York; Manabu Mizuno, good design company Tokyo; Katie Taylor, Superunion Germany Berlin and Mike Wasilewski, Frank Collective Brooklyn, worked diligently to ensure that the best work was awarded.
The final shortlist tallies by media - Design 139 and Package Design 13.
Medical jury
Marcia Goddard, Chief Creative Officer at McCann Health, chaired a Medical jury composed of the brightest minds in healthcare and pharmaceutical communications: Chris Chappell, Ogilvy Healthworld London; Todd Henwood, GSW Canada Toronto; Tim Jones, Havas Lynx Europe; Martin Martinez, Tank Montreal; Alison McConnell, Publicis Health Media Chicago; Brett O'Connor, VCCP Health London and Jody Van Swearingen, AbelsonTaylor Chicago.
A total of 22 entries have shortlisted in Medical. The United States dominates with 8 entries shortlisted, followed by the United Kingdom with 5.
Winners for all media will be announced on 5 November.
