New content streams at Dubai Lynx
The Regional Stage is the Festival's new arena for MENA insight. "Last year the Festival received an overwhelmingly positive response to a series of sessions conducted in Arabic," commented Emma Farmer, Festival Director. "This stage is a progression of this and will put a spotlight on regional, topical issues, while focusing on the new breed of fresh, creative thinking emerging from MENA." The sessions will be conducted in both English & Arabic.
Another new initiative is Focus on Africa. This one-day programme reflects the industry's attraction to the continent's evolving creative expertise. Talks will examine the cultural and social forces driving its development, as well as highlighting opportunities in the local industry, the role of Africa's tech revolution and the nature of doing business with African nations.
Data x Innovation x Tech, will examine how data intelligence, technology and innovation are revolutionising the way creative work is produced and consumed.
The Inspiration Stage is at the core of the Festival programme, offering delegates inspiring, big and bold ideas from a global perspective. It will be the place to hear from industry leaders from across the world and see thought-provoking concepts and game-changing work.
"As a Festival that is reflective of both the industry and the region, it's essential that we are in tune. This is what guides us as Festival organisers and why, at the 10 year mark, it is set to be the biggest Dubai Lynx yet," said Terry Savage, Chairman, Lions Festivals.
Delegate registration is open from 22 October and entries will be accepted from 29 November 2015. For more information, go to www.dubailynx.com.
