Kiri Chef block out now
Kiri Chef block, made from cream and fresh milk from France, is best suited for baking, cooking and entertaining; it blends easily and is aimed at the cheese cake market, with the packaging containing recipes and instructions for a tasty original cheese cake or baked cheese cake with the distinct delicious Kiri taste.
Patleys, South African distributors of the cream cheese products have announced that the block format will now be widely available throughout South Africa. "Recent tests amongst students at the SA Chefs Academy in Cape Town have shown that Kiri Chef comes out tops on both ease of use and taste," said Portia Morewa, the cheese category manager.
The 200g block, which is both kosher and Halaal, is now available nationally at a recommended retail price of R29.99.
