Khanya College launches Alumni Association

Khanya College in Johannesburg is a social justice educational institution formed in 1986 as a response to the education crisis under the apartheid government. Khanya College's slogan of "Education for Liberation" captures the mission of the College, and its ethos. Over the years Khanya College has continued its social justice educational mission in various ways and through a range of programmes.

Khanya College intends to launch an association of all its previous students - A Khanya College Alumni Association. Students have attended Khanya College's academic university bridging courses, its Winter Schools, various skills and political education courses, organisation building courses as well as other courses over the years.
