He tells Engineering News that the design and nested parts program was downloaded onto the computerised plasma machine, which enables it to accurately cut the required automotive parts. Flexibility, accuracy, consistency, quality parts production, high productivity and cost effectiveness are key contributors to the success of plasma cutting, Ackerman says.
