HASA welcomes Ramakgopa's appointment

Having worked as a medical officer in the public sector and having a Masters degree in public health administration, Dr Ramokgopa understands the issues in public healthcare. She also served as MEC of Health in Gauteng during the tenure of the late Dr Tshabalala-Msimang.

"During this period she distinguished herself as a competent MEC," said HASA chairman, Dr Nkaki Matlala.
